The Purpose, Objectives & Key Results challenge

I am scratching all my current challenges and incorporate what I have learned on goal-setting from my own endeavours so far into one new challenge (Sounds familiar? I fear yes. But wait for it, this one is more simple.). A friend has brought the “Objectives & Key Results” method (OKR) to my attention – a simple goal-setting system that was apparently introduced to 24-year-old garage punks Larry Page and Sergey Brin and moved on to turn a two-men-show into a 100.000-employee-strong, life-dominant tech-and-more real-life-Hulk.
